David Lindsey

A native of Lovettsville, VA, David was raised on a fifth-generation, 300-acre farm, where he was around and operating heavy machinery from a young age. As a volunteer fireman for Lovettsville and Currituck County, NC, he served his community for several years. His hands-on skills were also shaped by agricultural and auto mechanics classes in high school, followed by further training at Nashville Auto Diesel College in 1984. Alongside his wonderful wife, Minnie, David has three children—two girls and a boy—as well as a few furry and feathery family members.

With over 37 years of experience holding a Class “A” CDL, he has handled nearly every form of heavy excavation and transportation equipment, even hauling 130,000-pound excavators. He brings towing expertise too, from his days operating a 4-car rollback in the late ‘80s. For more than 25 years, he’s owned a successful landscaping and excavating business, complemented by his sales experience with brands like Kenworth, Freightliner, Isuzu, Ford, Chevrolet, and Harley Davidson.

David’s knowledge spans not only chassis and bodies but also the mechanical side of the business. An enthusiast of fishing, hunting, hot rods, trucks, riding Harleys, and boating, he brings a wealth of experience and passion to his work. David is excited to join the East Coast Truck & Trailer Sales team, ready to deliver exceptional service!
