Mechanic
We are a commercial truck and trailer dealership in business now 30 years and we are growing. We are looking for experienced mechanics in search of a clean state of the art shop, better benefits such as employer paid healthcare for the employee, top compensation, and paid training.
We work on a variety of diesel equipment, trucks, trailers, box trucks, roll off dumpster trucks, and light, medium and heavy duty tow truck equipment.
Responsibilities may include:
- PM services, brake repair, hydraulic repair, wheels; tires; etc.
- Installing brand new work truck bodies on brand new truck chassis.
- Truck and trailer hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repair but we do not perform engine and transmission teardowns.
- Engine diagnostic troubleshooting on multiple brands of commercial trucks.
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Detailer
We are looking for individuals that take pride in creating a showroom appearance on tractor trailers, towing equipment, motor coaches, and other types of automobiles. Duties to include from standard exterior washes to paint repair and restoration, interior cleaning and reconditioning, and aluminum polishing. Prior detailing experience is preferred. Must be eager, hard working, and have a positive attitude. Must be comfortable with frequent standing and moving and working outside of the service area in different types of weather when needed. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required in order to be able to move the, Non CDL required, equipment. Full time position consists of Monday – Friday and every other Saturday. You will receive a day off during the week when scheduled to work Saturday.

POSITION SUMMARY
Towing Sales Representative
Wrecker/Rollback dealership expanding and looking for a sales representative. Training program available for the right sales person. Sales position is both inside and outside sales.
Ideal person may be someone who has worked for a wrecker company and knows the towing industry and equipment but would like to get out of the 24/7 work week for towing and try your hat at selling them!
This job is base pay + commission and the sales person has the ability to earn $55,000.00 up to $200,000.00 plus

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Parts Sales Representative to sell and deliver parts for the towing and recovery industry to the surrounding areas of DC, lower Maryland area, and Manassas area; as well as work the Parts Counter at our physical store in Colchester Park. Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record for this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, include but not limited to:
- Generate new customer accounts.
- Service and maintain existing accounts.
- Sell towing and recovery parts and services.
- Deliver Parts to customers with company provided vehicle.
- Receive payments or obtain credit authorization.
- Assist with inventory and maintaining stock levels.
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
- Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.
- Provide management oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
- Follow Company pricing guidelines and procedures
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Karmak system a plus
- Prior experience with outside parts sales, over the road heavy and medium duty truck fleet parts and maintenance a plus, but not necessary.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within our company.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
