Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Work with the Marketing team to help develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and foster community engagement.
- Regularly visit industry relevant social media chat rooms for opportunities to answer questions and promote the East Coast parts department.
- Content Creation:
- Generate creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, to support social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all online channels.
- Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues promptly.
- E-Commerce Administration:
- Work with the E-Commerce manager to ensure the accuracy of listings on our parts dept website. Work with Parts Dept management to write effective listing summaries for use on the e-commerce platforms.
- Help optimize the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
- Work with phone sales team to create opportunities for increased sales.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Implement and maintain effective CRM strategies to build and nurture customer relationships.
- Leverage customer data to personalize marketing efforts and improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive online presence and a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to amplify ECTTS parts brand reach.
- Attend Industry related trade shows and speak to people to help promote the ECTTS parts dept. Create social media content specifically promoting those said shows.

We are looking for individuals that take pride in creating a showroom appearance on tractor trailers, towing equipment, motor coaches, and other types of automobiles. Duties to include from standard exterior washes to paint repair and restoration, interior cleaning and reconditioning, and aluminum polishing. Prior detailing experience is preferred. Must be eager, hard working, and have a positive attitude. Must be comfortable with frequent standing and moving and working outside of the service area in different types of weather when needed. You will receive a day off during the week when scheduled to work Saturday.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for all computer, networking and telephony needs. Administering Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online, RingCentral, Karmak, Webroot AV, and Hexnode.

Some travel is required to tradeshows to support the mobile network and point of sale. POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Parts Sales Representative to sell and deliver parts for the towing and recovery industry to the surrounding areas of DC, lower Maryland area, and Manassas area; as well as work the Parts Counter at our physical store in Colchester Park. Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record for this position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, include but not limited to:
- Generate new customer accounts.
- Service and maintain existing accounts.
- Sell towing and recovery parts and services.
- Deliver Parts to customers with company provided vehicle.
- Receive payments or obtain credit authorization.
- Assist with inventory and maintaining stock levels.
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
- Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer concerns/requests.
- Provide management oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
