This new 2024 Western Star 49X Tri-Axle with a Galfab 75k Outside Rail Roll Off is equipped with a 470HP Detroit DD13 engine, Allison 4500 RDS automatic transmission, 3.58 rear ratio, a 263″ wheelbase, Power Steering, and AC. The 75k Outside Rail hoist is capable of handling containers from 18ft. to 22ft. in length. This unit includes the patented time saving “Hooker” roll off dumpster securement system allowing drivers to lock the load without leaving the cab. It’s patented hydraulic design lets you lock down your container at the push of a button. A traditional nylon tie down system is also included.

This unit comes fully equipped with a Pioneer RP4500SARGDEL Tarp system. This system features telescoping arms, Rack ‘n Pinion pivot for consistent precise tarp movement, and an offset stabilizer bar virtually eliminating roller damage. The apron is pintle ready with a DOT auto folding rear bumper. You can store your gear and tie down straps in the 48 inch tool box. Your rear tandem axle is protected by steel fenders.
